Before coaching with Jenn, I struggled with low energy and having a hard time figuring out what foods worked best for ME and my body.  I struggle with motivation and sticking with any plan.  Then Jenn taught me that even foods deemed as 'healthy' may not be the best for my body's needs!  Once we dialed in the foods that gave me energy, I felt addicted to feeling 'well' all the time and food choices became easier!  The most significant thing I took from the coaching with Jenn was to set boundaries to ensure I am looking after myself.  I have more energy and enthusiasm for treating my body well.  I realized I actually do know my body quite well, I just had to learn how to listen to it!  What I loved most about my transformation was that Jenn helped ne find ways to feed my soul, with gratitude and self-care, which led to feeling motivated to always make choices that make me feel well, alive, and enthusiastic about my health journey!

When I started meeting with Jenn, I had low energy and was feeling like I couldn’t lose any weight.  I struggled with knowing how to start.  How would I fit exercise or even planning what to eat into my busy schedule!?  Jenn helped me to see that my health is a priority, and in order to give all I want to my family and the other areas of my life, I had to start with me!  The biggest ‘a-ha’s’ I had, working with Jenn,  were all about realizing that what is important to me will find a way!  I now always have my water bottle with me.  Staying hydrated has made a huge difference.  I now meal plan on Sundays, and it makes my week smoother and makes healthy choices easier!  I make sure I am prepared with healthy snacks when I am on the go, so I can always fuel my body even when I am busy.  I know this journey is not over- it never will be!  Wellness is exactly that- a journey and am so excited to see where I will go now that I have this new baseline to build upon!  I loved how Jenn helped me see that healthy habits are totally do-able and that I know have a better understanding of what foods are best for giving me energy.

Before coaching with Jenn, I struggled with feeling ‘healthy’ on all levels- physically, mentally, and emotionally!  I wanted to be as healthy as I could be as there are family medical histories I want to avoid. I didn’t even feel like myself anymore!

Then Jenn taught me all feelings and emotions are ok, and I just needed to let them come, acknowledge them, and let them go.  She helped me see all the wonderful things I already am, and that I am worthy of feeling healthy and well! 

The most significant results I’ve experienced from coaching with Jenn are that it was time for ME!  I’m better when I slow down, breathe, and be present.  It’s ok to not be ok, nobody is perfect, and everyone struggles!  I don’t have to do this alone.  Some days I had to go deep to find myself, but I needed to do that to find ME again!

What I loved most about coaching with Jenn is that the program was curated for me, my needs, my health struggles and focused on MY goals!  Jenn helped me find love for myself again, which put me in the right place to continue on this journey!  The ‘one step at a time’ progression allowed me to keep going without feeling overwhelmed, and gave me confidence to KEEP GOING!  

For as long as I can remember, I have struggled with my weight and feeling bogged down, stressed out, sinking energy and overwhelmed.  A family medical history also had me concerned, and wanting to make a change!  It was time for me to focus on ME. 

Jenn taught me that it is all under my control!  I just needed to be ready!  I am the BOSS OF ME!  I realized I knew myself better than I thought.  Once I put the tips/tricks Jenn showed me into action, I felt more ‘in control’!

The most significant results I have experienced from coaching with Jenn are, getting a better understanding of MY body, and how the constant stress I was under was sabotaging my health.  I learned to prioritize myself so I had more to give to the things that matter to me.  EVERYTHING I was involved in, previously, had me feeling resentful, stressed and unhappy- even if they were things I loved to do, because I wasn’t setting boundaries.  This was huge for me!  I had to really prioritize what was filling my days, and let go of things, jobs, committees, relationships, expectations that were no longer serving me.  This all helped me become a better version of myself.

What I loved most about coaching with Jenn is that I feel happier, less stressed, and I feel good about the things that fill up my days!  This experience made me realize that I matter!  There are people in this world I would do absolutely anything for, why would I not give that same love, compassion, attention and priority to myself?  I've learned skills to help me manage stress in a way that won’t sabotage my health efforts or the love I have for myself!

Before coaching with Jenn, I struggled with low energy and sticking with anything to kick-start my weight loss.  Jenn helped me discover foods that fuel my body, and to find movement that I can do daily that I love.  These both helped increase my energy, helped me to sleep better, and I began to work on daily habits to improve my overall health!  The results that were amazing to me included discovering my triggers with emotional eating and how to over-ride them, that movement can become addicting, and that, for me, protein at breakfast has a huge impact on my energy during the day!

What I loved most about this transformation was learning to prioritize my own health needs (physical, mental, emotional) and that I really do crave a lifestyle that includes feeling healthy!  I have such a better understanding of the relationship between stress and food/weight gain.  This experience was a game changer for me!

When I cam to Jenn, I was struggling  with poor sleep, which contributed to low energy.  I was battling negative self-talk and emotional eating. 

Then Jenn taught me there were subconscious things I was doing to sabotage my health goals.  She helped me find joy in eating high energy foods and to find exercise I loved, rather than working out to exhaustion. 

The big ‘ah-ha’s’ I have had while coaching with Jenn are that I can control my negative self-talk in my head.  I have learned to find that love for myself, found a new respect for food and exercise and then I can manage my stress even when life is crazy, which helps me cope with all aspects of my life! 

What I loved most about meeting with Jenn weekly was the ongoing learning that happened.  It was week after week of self-discovery!   I loved how it all happened in baby steps and was totally do-able!  Jenn helped me learn to slow down, be mindful, and have daily gratitude.  I am sleeping better, have more energy and love and compassion for myself!  I plan on continuing my journey with Jenn, by renewing my 90 program so I can discover more about myself and continue on my path of health, wellness and self love
